I cannot format my usb flash drive, it is a transcend jetflash v33 1gb, whenever i plug it on my pc and format it, it always says unable to complete the format, i really dont know what to do, please help me.

Plug it into your computer, open Windows explorer and then right click on the relevant drive, select "Format" and follow the instructions. If it still won't format, you need to remember that flash memory has a finite life. It is all about the number of "Writes" to the memory. and sometimes stuff fails. Bad connection or just a static shock to the chips will kill a flash drive.
