4gb pmp350-4 mp3 player touch screen. Screen is back only can see a shadow images of icons try to reset screen is still very dark. can this be fix?

every time i turn my polaroid touch 4 gb 280-4 it just goes to a white screen can any one tell me how to fix this thanks....

This is tricky. You will have to navigate through the menu in the 'dark'. Remember that when you touch the screen, double touch as you would when you click your mouse. Turn it on, you will see the 'Polaroid' logo and then it goes black. Here you need to double touch in the bottom right corner. This is the settings, it is a big box so dont worry about missing it. Then you double touch on the middle of the left side, this is the display. Then double touch on the lower right side. This is where the brightness bar is. It should reboot the page with a brighter screen and the black goes away. If dont see results, turn it off and try process again. Promise this works, I fixed both of my daughters!

You must go into your settings and change your lighting.

try to activate the touch screen option from your setting folders....if not....contact any phone technician to assit in repairing it...

Under settings, go to "system" and go to "touch calibration" and see if you can fix it there.

Poke the reset hole at the back of the unit for 10 seconds.
