None of the elements or the oven is working there is power running thru it just nothing is heating up what could be the problem?

First try to reset the oven.....
turn the oven circuit breaker off for one minute or more before turning the breaker on again.

I'm not familiar with model number;but with fan ovens ,if the fan fails the element it blows onto will over heat and burn out .Its a common fault .
Check for power on fan and element .
If fan doesn't run with power on, or runs slowly or stops occasionally and element with power on does not heat,both will need replacing.

Check the oven fuse. If that's OK, unplug it from the power supply. Remove the screws holding the element to the oven and pull it carefully back away from the oven wall. Connect your VOM test leads to the 2 terminals (meter set to at least 250Vac). Make sure the leads are not touching any metal parts of the oven and they are not touching the element. Plug oven in and turn the oven on. Do not touch the oven during testing. Reading 220 - 250 Vac power is OK. Element is bad. Reading lower then 220 or none at all no power getting to element, need more testing to find the problem. Be careful, and use common sense when working with and around electricity.

Replace the control unit on the panel.

The bake element
is the heating element that is found at the bottom of the oven. Most electric ovens use both the bake element and the broil element in a bake cycle, with the bake element performing 90% of the heating. If the bake element isn't working, the oven may not heat. To help determine if the bake element is defective you should first do a visual check. If the element is blistered or separated then it should be replaced. If the element appears to look normal, then turn the oven on to a bake function for a minute and then turn it off.

Check the element for signs of heating and if it is still cold then it may be defective. Disconnect the power and then remove the back panel. First check the wires as they may have become loose or corroded. If the element appears to be fine visually, test it for continuity with a multi-meter. ( by placing the each of the meter prongs on each end of the heater element connectors) If the element is burned or no longer has continuity, it will need to be replaced.

This sounds like it blew the thermostat on the back of the lower oven. They are inexpensive and easy to replace. You will need to uninstall the unit and remove the back panel to acess. Check it for continuity if none replace. This is a fairly common failure due to the heat of the self cleaning. Here is a link to your part and diagrams are also available there AP3055316

Their will be two elements in the oven a bottom element and a fan element, sounds like the latter has blown!

It is highly likely that your heating element is open so I would ( with power removed) verify the integrity of the element by detaching it and making sure it is not elecltrically OPEN, It is nothing more than a big power resistor that when current is flowing,..gets hot but if it becomes open.. you will not have any curent flow thru it ( or heat generated from it). That would be the first place I would look.. It could also be the control that feeds it..
A few ideas to check..

Elements can go without any warning at all.
