Nero 8 problem for cabinet 55F25BCF error code 2350 canot instal nero 8

It's missing a major cabinet file.

Are you using a genuine disk or download?

If a download, redownload it, the file is corrupted.

If on disk, use original disk NOT a copy as it won't work.

This is a corrupt install, Please follow the directions below, also, before you install nero 8 again, Please Turn Off any Antivirus Software, it may stop certian Drivers from Fullly installing.

Please use the Nero Clean Tools, Remove all of Nero 8, and also nero 7, if installed and any Roxio burning applications.




Install the Newest Nero 8 Update, and Put in your serial Number in the DEMO box, it will convert it to the full version.


You have a conflict, also ,
Update your Video Drivers and Direct X Drivers, They are needed to use Nero 8, You will get errors if the are not the current version's, and Nero will Run much smoother.

That INCD service or component is a part of Nero. It gets installed with Nero. This was a common problem of Nero 7. What you can do is uninstall and re install the product. You have to use an uninstaller program available (such as your uninstaller) to remove the registry keys as well. Its clearly indicating that the programs is not successfully installed. Note: If you try to install Nero 9 in a Windows XP SP2 environment or in a Windows 7 environment you might receive the same error. Those are compatibility issues. You have to use SP3 in XP and you have to purchase Nero 10 for Windows 7. Incd is not necessary to function Nero. Try to install without Incd. You can do that while installing. Choose the Customized Installation. If you are using Nero 7, I recommend to use Nero 6 or 8 and upwards.
You can download Nero from their web site or using a torrent as well. Some funny things may happen when Nero gets installed partially. Go to Properties by Right Clicking the Taskbar and untick "Hide inactive icons" check box. Click on "Customize". Check the "Behavior property and for the programs which have the setting "Always Hide", select "Always Show" option. Then Apply and click on OK button.

sir richard the best thing you can do with this type of is go to an early state of your system like restore. If you can't get in go thru your F8 key on boot up. press F8 before you see the windows logo and it will take you into safe mode from there you select the top one ( safe mode) and there you go to your start button and than accessories than system tools and chose system restore.
Ok if all else does not work than you will have to use your system recovery disc that came with computer.

If you are using Norton Anti-Virus please disable it before you Install and second. Click on Start -> Run -> type "cmd" -> in the msdos screen type the following:

msiexec /unregister
(press Enter)

msiexec /regserver
(press Enter)

First of all if you have the Nero 7 setup file, try installing it once and uninstall from control panel -> Add Remove Programs, after that try installing Nero 8, if this doesn't solve the problem you can proceed with Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup Utility, download that from microsoft website, Install it and Run it, then select all the entries of Nero from the list you get and click on Remove. Then try to Install Nero 8, it should work fine.

Just down load windows installer 3.1

WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe and install it on your PC. After installing the above you try installing nero 8.

 

This will solve the error "Cannot update MSI engine, please update manually".
