Please let us know which drivers you have tried, do you have the driver CD or you are downloading from some site.

Also, the motherboard model you supplied is not complete. Please check and let us know the model number.
Meanwhile, you can download the required drivers for 865 family from:http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=1049&lang=eng  Select your operating system to download the required drivers.

Please make it a point to backup your drivers before you format your comp. To backup, just copy the 'drivers' folder from the system32 folder into someother place or a CD before formatting..
