I have a multifuncion Epson Stylus CX 1500 which refuses to scan giving reasons as Code 2802:1300 and Code 0004:000 I tried accessing epson technical support without success. Can you help me?

While i am trying to scan the images in my epson cx 1500 all in one scanner .. i am getting the error code like Code[ffff:0024] so that i could not get scanned anything ... what will be the reason ?...

remove and reconnect the scanner cords from the computer and be sure that it is correctly connected.

do you have the cd that came with it? there should be a cd that says scanner... install that cd again, then computer should recognize scanner

Do not know how to scan

Go to start > all programs, and then look for Epson scan. It basically is a stand alone program. Hope this helps.

Reset waste ink counter use Adjusment Program for Epson Stylus CX 1500. Menu RD Setting, sub Dump ROM Data. Set Protection Mode to 0. Reseter can be found at indoreset.blogspot.com.
