Condensation accumulates under the vegetable bins and spills out the front of the refrigerator all over the floor. I don't see where the water is supposed to drain from the frig into the bin under the frig - though we have double checked to make sure the hose ends in the bin. We have tried changing the humidity levels to see if it makes a difference with the amount of water that accumulates but to no avail.
In my other refrigerator there is an obvious drain at the bottom of the frig - where is it in this one? The only thing that seems to work is to line the bottom of the frig with a super absorbent towel...not the best solution.
Thanks,
Angela
Thank you
The water is coming from the freezer when is defrosts. the drain line is in the back wall of the freezer and may be clogged up with ice. clean out the freezer and pour some hot water in the very back of the freezer, this will hopefully unclog the drain. if not, then you have to take the back wall out of the freezer to get directly to the drain line. there should just be a couple screws holding it; it is just an aluminum or plastic panel.

This is an all refrigerator and doesn't have a freezer. Do we still need to take the back panel off? I've checked the pan underneath and it doesn't have anything in it. It's all over my floor instead!
Water condenses on the lower level of the glass covering the vegetable crisper and drops into the crisper. I adjust the temperature both above and below normal, but to no avail.
We are having the same problem. In talking with service tech he suggusted checking the door gasket. It has a tear in it. I installed a new gasket tonight. I hope it corrects the problem.
We are having the same problem. Our Whirlpool is also an all fridge. I'm not sure but the door looks warped. The seal does not look like it's making contact at the top and bottom outside corners. This is the second Whirlpool is 6 years. We are loosing faith in this line of product.
I fixed the same problem with the freezer model by wrapping a wire around the heater and sticking in the drain at the bottom (it kept freezing over and putting the water in the floor). I haven't been able to fix the fridge though. Looks like Whirlpool didn't want us to get to the drain on this! I do know that the rectangular things about halfway down are supposed to be the drains, and I'll experiment further and see if I can find some type of solution!
