I bought my Nokia C7 last week only and i've so many problems with this phoe first of all battery dichagre so fast, secondly i've not been albe to create my album all the songs are in my phone memory . secondly , when am clicking photo from my phone , cannot see those pics. Amnd the phone gets hanged quite often. please help.

found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger

Try formatting your phone through PC Suit.

Go to the nokia website and download and install the PC Suit software after that is done, open the application and you should find the software updater feature, plug in your phone via USB and update your phone, if an option says " your phone is already up to date " then just update it anyways.

if all of this does not work, then there might be a problem with your hard ware.

please take your mobile BACK to the nokia store with your Receipt and ask them about your problem, they should be able to fix it for free since your phone is only 1 week old.

charge the battery and switch on the phone. if still nor open means change the original battery of your phone and switch on . if still have problem means then there must be some hardware problem in your phone. kindly ask your service for this problem. mostly your problem gets solved when you change the battery. is so ask the service..
