How do I choose a weight bench?

You want to choose a bench that:

Lay out all the pieces and check the instructions to make sure everything has been included with your weight bench. I need a manual for body champ 605b weight bench

I have the Proform XP300 Weight Bench and the smith machine works perfectly. The pull-down is just ok. The verticle square pole that the pull-down weights ride on must be kept very clean or it binds and the plastic inserts drag. I use silicone spray for lube. The leg machine attached to it works as good as any. Worth the money.
