Yes, the boombox works with a Sirius radio, but the XM Onyx has all the signs it's working, except no audio. If I could only get to the audio output, I'd use the AUX in, but the dock appears to make this impossible. Frustrating...

OK RS. That would be great news. Can you explain how this setting in the XM Onyx radio works to switch the audio to the Sirius holder?

Having same issue. So apparently the onyx may not work with the subx1. I enjoy my boombox and maybe a solution will come soon.

Can't hear anything on my radio. Had XM resend the satellite signal. It shows that I'm getting the signal, but athere is no sound coming out of my radio. I checked all the wires and everything is fine.

check your settings and see if the line out level is up. If it has one. try plugging in headphones into the line out plug. If the headphones work then your line out cable is bad. there should be some type of volume control on your radio. If you can see the channel name and the description of the song artist and title then you should be getting sound

the "reactivate" did not take in it's entirety, try calling sirus/XM again and see if they will "reboot it again, this time try having it the docking station within antenna "range", and both should "reboot", let me know if this fixes the problem, if not I have some friends there I can call, and we'll go from there, god bless and happy 4th......

No sound from SUBX1 boombox

Be sure all is charged and connected to power correctly. Next the only other thing you can really do is to clean the connections on the device and the dock useing denatured(rubbing)alcohol and q-tips. This should help. Good Luck
P.S. Make sure all the settings are correct both on the dock and the xm - radio. Sometimes there are settings that can be off. Good Luck
