Question about Nerf N-Strike Longshot CS-6 Blaster
Take the rear bolt cover off ( 2 screws) . Reach inside with your finger and try spinning the spring. For some reason the spring will eventually move to a position that when compacted will bind with the bolt pass through hole.

To clear the dart , after you have the rear bolt cover off you can force the bolt forward with you hand which should allow you to slide the cocking mechanism back allowing access to the dart. Good Luck!
Spot on! I couldn't get to the spring, but was able to push in the bolt forward by force. And that allowed me to move the cocking mechanism to the ready position, and the trigger shot the jammed dart (which had been damaged, but hey!). Thanks for the solution, and now my boy wouldn't stop shooting!! :)
