Crib assembly I have a crib white model DA05045MC-1W Date 3-2005 that has no instructions and it is missing 4 screws. I need to find the correct screws

    me too...except I am missing all the hardware to attach all the sides....hmmm can't seem to find a replacement set

I have the same crib and got the info from the manual, hope this helps!

The model number is DA0504KMC-1W for the white one and DA0504KMC-1N for the natural color one.
They should be able to send you a copy
