Hi,
Need to provide power from ac charger of camera so disc finalize option will appear to finalize disc.
Powering camcorder with battery wont give you Finalize option so use ac charger to get Finalize menu.

I did thisthe problem i guess depend by the sensitivity of the mini dvd ,I download the file to my laptop', and the question is : if there is any software that can do it on my laptop ?
if you downloaded file from minidvd that means dvd is finalized and can not be more finalized. your question is bit confusing and does not show what exactly you want to do with that file in laptop. thanks for extremely low rating to free help.
