I am trying to download the computer software disc that came with this iXL and it wont download. is there i way i can get it from a website?

Try looking on the Manufacturers website under Support.

So here's the deal, the available software are only discs to buy from retailers. They do not have them available online nor can you install it from online so why it is available to download online is BEYOND me! The 20 digit registration code is available when your purchase the software disc from a retailer like Toys R Us. They for some reason make it seem like these programs are available for you to download online and for FREE and even if you want to purchase the software online you can't! LOL! My suggestion is to have everyone with the same problem call their customer service and make a complaint because the way they present it is highly misleading. Their customer service number is 1-888-892-6123! Call complain. Give them your info. Maybe they will send it to you for free! Can't hurt! Hope this helps. :)

I was having same problem, trying to install initial software from CD, I kept getting error messages that said to contact Fisher-Price for support. Once downloaded it installed on my computer without error and all is well...

Do not use the disk provided. It is pc only. You must download the software from the site instead.

firs you have to downland the software and then you put cable on the computer and the ixl and its dine.

everyone is having the same issue it must be the server down

Go to the ixl website. Download the mac version of the ixl data management software and the mac version of the ixl game software. Use the registration codes in the CD box to activate the software.

Maybe the app will not run on XP. Ever think about that?
