How do i fix an f30 error code on my frigidaire range? it only beeps when i try to turn on my oven... and shows f30

its an error need to call technical assisstance ..thAT error ranges for faulty temp sensor/probe up to control board ....

I understand that you want to turn down the beep on your Frigidaire microwave, model# PLMV169DC. You are not able to turn down the beep, but you are able to turn it completely off. If you wish to have your microwave oven operate with no audible signals, touch Help, the number 2 and Clear/Off. To cancel and restore the audible signal, touch Help, the number 2 and START. I understand your Frigidaire is constantly beeping while they door is unlock, however do you have a range or microwave Frigidaire appliance? The serial tag for a range, which lists your model number, is typically located in the storage drawer, on the right side and the serial tag for a microwave is in the lower left corner as you open the door. Typically error code SE indicates a shorted key on the keypad. Try unplugging the microwave or flipping the household circuit breaker off first. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. If the error code continues to display, then I recommend contacting a professional to make a precise diagnosis.

The issue is with the control board that is bad and should be replaced. Before replacing you can also try to take it apart and blow some air with a hair drier on the board, if the issue returns then replace the board. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

That sounds like steam is condensing on the control panel. Are all of the fans working and is the exhaust clear?

This indicates a failure in the temperature probe. This is easy to check and replace. Here is a link that will walk you thru checking an oven Temperature Sensor .

Check resistance at room temperature & compare to RTD Sensor resistance chart. If resistance does not match the RTD chart replace RTD Sensor Probe. Check Sensor wiring harness between EOC & Sensor Probe connector.

Check resistance at room temperature, if less than 500 ohms, replace RTD Sensor Probe. Check for shorted Sensor Probe harness between EOC & Probe connector.

Hello, please use the chart to determine which stove you have. You will have to look at the model number. The first 3 numbers will be the series on the chart. In most cases an F1 error would require replacement of the electronic control. This part is commonly refered to as an EOC or ERC. However this type of repair is usually reserved for repair specialists.

F1 = Stuck Touch Pad Key - Replace Electronic Range Control (ERC).

KENMORE - 911 Series (General Electric/Roper)
F0-F1-FF = Failed transistor in Electronic Range Control (ERC).

F1-E0 EPROM Error - Electronic Range Control (ERC).

Kill power 30 seconds-Cancel-Start/Enter-5 seconds-Should see “E” for electric-
