Remove the top half of the tube so that you can see the blower. Try to turn it by hand to see if it is tight. If it is tight, you may be able to oil it a little and get it to spin easier. Another thing to check would be the compressor attached to the back of the motor. There are 3 screws that hold the filter cover on. Remove the filter cover. Next, 6 screws hold the cover on the compressor. Remove that cover also. Inspect the rotor for damage and make sure the 4 fins in the rotor move freely. With the compressor cover removed try turning the fan to see if it turns easy. Be careful not to let the fins fall out of the rotor. Now put the cover back on the compressor and turn the fan again to see if there is any difference from when the cover was removed. If it doesn't turn freely once the cover is reinstalled then the problem is in the compressor and you need to figure out where it is rubbing. If it is in the motor, you will probably need a new motor.

My pro 110 reddy heater worked last year this year it buzzed until reset popped also the fan motor does not turn

Many times a fan or heater setting over the extended unused period become blocked by mud daubers. I'd start by checking for one in the fan blade.

How many veins should the pump rotor have i took it apart and it only had two.but it has 4 slots

I take it you are talking about the air blower rotor?
YES--(Normally) It should have all four slots filled with sliding vanes.

Question are you getting enough air for combustion?

Does the blower motor have any trouble turning the rotor with only 2 veins in it?
I would think the blower would be leaking alot thru the empty slots, too
Do you need a source for the Parts?

Kersone reddy heater won't start, just buzzes

The R150B uses motor #097308-06, has a split phase motor. The secondary windings, which give the armature a jump-start, have gone bad. The motor is not serviceable. Try reddyparts.com - they seem to have the most parts.

R150B Kerosene Reddy Heater-

Neither of you state the model of heater that is giving you starting problems. many of the motors have an external starting capacitor (relay). If so, you may just need that part, if your heater is equipped with one. On the other hand, many have an internal capacitor , which is not servicable.

150,000BTU kerosene heater won't start,just buzzes.

Your starting capacitor is bad. It's usually mounted on the side of the motor. If not, it's the thing that the motor wires go to from the end of the motor. Usually, less than $10.
