Nokia 6103 I have call barring activated on my fone....please call fodafone for.......But when I put my sim in my other phone its fine ...please help

Your IMEI number is the lock code the network uses to stop the actual handset from working if you report it stolen. It has no effect on the Sim card. Posting it on here is also not a good idea.
Are you changing to a different network with the new Sim? Some older handsets are locked to specific networks. A different network Sim might not work on your phone. You might need to go to a good mobile phone shop and get it unlocked before another network can be used on your phone.

Look, your phone don't recognize the card try to put another card, if it won't help clean the place of the sim card with a tooth brush its probably dirt.

ok man,.. it's a hardware failure,, can't fix it here,. ur fone is grounded need repair your keypad module, some capacitors are busted so there is no switching point to control the lights .. go to service center...

you need software to read your codes.. go to your nearest center to read your codes... here's what they gotta do.. put the cables on ur fone, run the soft and read informations in to your fone... and there they will see your codes...
