I have a nokia 5200 it doesnt read any memory card i insert wheter its formatted or not the bluetooth doesnt wana turn on it also doesnt wana update the software it says select service provider the current software version it has is v3.92 i have another nokia 5200 it has a software version v5 somethng what can i do i tried resetting it the hard reset code *#7370# doesnt work on this phone plz help me email me at [email protected] im from south-africa using the mtn network thanx

hi try going into the phones settings and select memory then go to external memory and choose increase to maximum if that doesnt work then try inserting a blank 4gb memory card and then formatting it in the phone may work that way.
Remove the memory card from the phone, then plug it in to compatible card reader on your computer. It will appear under your Hard Drives on the My Computer window. Right-click on it then click format. On the format window make sure to set the File System to FAT 32, once the formatting is done. Right-click on it again then click on Eject. Plug it back in to your phone to check if it works fine now. If not then have the memory card replaced.

sir updating your phone software may fix this problem or just hard reset your phone hard reseting code is *#7780# put this code on your phone`s keypad.if this doesnt works try this format code *#7370# put this on your keypad it will format your phone........and your phone work good......
