Hi. first lodge police complaint, then submit that copy at mobile center to block that number for the being and also issuing of new SIM with same number with out error. But make sure of this same number if there were no calls exchanged with that SIM once after losing it. with police file, you can track that SIM user if is under use, so that you can collect your other articles without error if possible. and also submit copy of police complaint for blocking debit card usage also.
