My infiniti 24 comes up with error code 03 which is supposedly because of a power interuption. The power is OK.Any help appreciated. Thanks gary

I went to the Rinnai website and this is what I found for error code 61.
Error Code 61 Problem: Fan failure
Solution: Measure the resistance on the fan motor, check the damaged or loose wiring and connections. Make sure that the fan spins freely.
Sounds like either your fan is broken or something is keeping it from spinning freely.

Error codes are considered start-point for troubleshoot.
Error code 24 is malfunction of operational switch: press max or min button on PC board to reset, -or- replace PC board.
Max-min button is sometimes located above dip switches, and can be 1 button that is rotated with screwdriver or 2 separate buttons. Look at wiring diagram in manual that came with product.

Multiple error codes can mean PC board failure.
C2 11 is no ignition.

79 is fan motor current fault or circuit board you will have contact rheem

I WOULD SUGGEST YOU BUY A NEW UPDATED ONE AS TEN YEARS OF LIFE FOR THE ONE YOU HAVE WAS GREAT , SO YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR A PLUMMERS SUPPLY STORE AND CHECK FOR AN UPDATED ONE , AND IT IS EASY TO INSTALL AS YOU SHOULD GET INSTRUCTIONS AND MAKE SURE THE POWER IS OFF BEFORE YOU START, GOOD LUCK.

I guess this a gas heater.You need to look at the manual to find out what code 11 is.It could be misfired or tempture to high.Give me a litte more infor.thanks
