Hello, this is Ava with Think Crucial.
When you are cleaning your brush, you can use scissors or a knife to cut the hair that are stuck. You may need to use your fingers to pull out the hair off and away the roller brush. You may also want to clean the bearings of the brush. Remove any hair or visible debris hat is stuck under the cup by pulling the hairs or brushing them off. Wipe with wet towel or tissue the housing of the brush if you see any dust or debris. Once you clean your brush and it's surrounding, you can put it back. Make sure that the belt is still fairly tight as it should be for optimal use by pulling the belt slightly.
