I received the wrong product I ordered. I received Model YC 338 hair straightener instead of the 2 in 1 Mestar iron Pro-over.

Hello, Elizabeth -

You will need to contact the seller which sent you the wrong product in order to return it and be sent the right product. That is not Fixya.com, where you posted your question.

Fixya is a website intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS. I chose to answer your question as a kindness.

Best wishes.

How do I clean the brush and surrounding area?

Hello, this is Ava with Think Crucial.

When you are cleaning your brush, you can use scissors or a knife to cut the hair that are stuck. You may need to use your fingers to pull out the hair off and away the roller brush. You may also want to clean the bearings of the brush. Remove any hair or visible debris hat is stuck under the cup by pulling the hairs or brushing them off. Wipe with wet towel or tissue the housing of the brush if you see any dust or debris. Once you clean your brush and it's surrounding, you can put it back. Make sure that the belt is still fairly tight as it should be for optimal use by pulling the belt slightly.

You can purchase a wide variety of high quality Shark replacement parts for your Shark vacuum direct from Think Crucial with free shipping and an exclusive 10% coupon for Fixya.com readers, use code: FIXYA10

Need to clean roller on classic

Unplug, cut hair on rollers and pull to clean. Remove dust bag and use a bent hanger to pull out the clog from the intake tube, most likely there is paper caught in the hair.

I have a Philips Ladyshave HP6306. It needs a new

Try Electric Shaver Service. You can go to their website and call them to see if they have your shaving head for your model shaver.

www.electricshaverstore.com

I tried looking it up your model number and the part number you provided, but it might be listed under another part, as many shaver heads are used in other models. So give them a call and see if they can help you find your part. 1-888-476-1785

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Andis Outliner II Trimmers

look if the trimmer is pulling hair, its not lack of oil
its maybe the speed of the trimmer needs to be faster.
its the the plastic flat head skrew on the side.check if the blades separate easiley if theyt do sometimes that makes the trimmer pull hair to.there might be a little plate on the inside of the trimmer and its not holding the blades tight.adjust that not to tight though then the trimmer wont cut
