You have to invest in separate cables to the booster amplifier. Be careful that you have the proper relays and fuse for these or you might end up losing your car because of fire.

I need a diagram to wire a sony car radio to a 2006 toyota tundra

I'd suggest starting with a radio harness adapter designed to provide wire-ends for the plug head in your tundra, I've found a few on eBay in this search:

http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=m38&_nkw=06+tundra+radio+harness

Beyond that, here's the wiring diagram & installation manual for your gt200 radio:
http://www.docs.sony.com/release/CDXGT200_Installation_Guide.pdf

and here's the operating manual:
http://www.docs.sony.com/release/CDXGT20W_200.pdf

I hope that helps.

Factory Amp

I assume you used the correct Metra plug (70-1878) to install the radio. Ensure the blue and white wire on the Metra is attached to the blue and white wire (or solid blue) on the Sony. This will provide + turn on voltage to the factory amp.
The other good possibility is that the Metra harness has a black and a black and white set of wires both must be ground.
Lastly the Metra harness does not provide these( -) grounds, they are supplied by the braided strap . or the single wire that was attached to the back of the Jeep radio.

No sound

If you are sure you matched the wires up correctly, then odds are it is a bad harness. If you have access to a multimeter, you can check voltage on the speaker terminal to see if you are actually getting a signal. I would verify Jeep follows a normal wiring scheme as well. I have never installed a radio on a Jeep, so I can't say for sure. I would assume they would. You will probably have to get a new harness. Wal-mart will probably do an exchange for you.
