My maytag atlantis top load washer doesn't spin dry. The belt and bottom spin, not the tub.

I have a Maytag Atlantis MAV6200AWW Washer agitates and spins. Water sometimes empties. Pump is fine spins freely and the impeller is fine. Could it be the belt ?
You will need to check for an article of clothing stuck between the basket and tub that may be partially blocking the drain hole.

Spin cycle not working like it should
If the washer doesn't reach it's proper spin speed, the clothes may be wet at the end of the cycle. Since you have replaced the belt, it could be that you have a worn motor pulley or tub bearing. Check for damage to the pulley and shaft and for free play. Also make sure that there are no clothes or foreign objects caught between the inner and outer tubs or something causing friction on the drive train. Hope this helped.

I have a Duet tumblefresh 4.0cuft W10284544A. The inlet pump was leaking so I fixed that and now the washer won't co into the spin after the rinse cycle. The washer drains completely after the wash cycle but when the rinse stops the light on the front goes back to wash and it starts beeping and won't stop until you either start the wash or shut off the unit
