Try ophcrack, it can recover windows passwords.

The Live CD is an ISO(image) file so burn it as an image with your favorite CD brning software. Window 7 has a buint-in app for burning iso files.

Just a few days ago, I lost my windows vista admin passwords. I solved the trouble with the help of windows password reset tool. live login is easy to reset at ms.com
MS page to do that is outlook.com (using 2nd PC that works)
next time write it down, say in book only you know using postitnote. (memorize only the page #)
