Power was turned off to the house. When power came back the router is blinking blue lights and can't see the modem. Disconnected the computer from the wireless and plugged directly into modem and it's works fine. Did the wireless forget it's settings?

Just as a guess try unplugging power to both modem and router, then plug only modem in first until connection light stops blinking and goes solid. then plug in router.

N300 router has a steady orange blinking light

The blinking orange power light suggests that there is a problem with your modem. The modem should be plugged into the top ethernet port of your router. Try turning off your modem for 10 seconds and then turning it back on.

My Belink (F5D8236-4) Router stopped working. The modem light blinks orange. When connecting the modem directly to the PC the internet works. How do I resolve tis issue?

Turn everything off, modem, router and computer.
It shows your router is not configured properly
Turn on the modem first and wait for a solid data/connect light.

Turn on the router, give it two minutes.

Still if problem presists you need to reset the router ..

How to reset::
Push and release the “Reset” button.
The lights on the Router will momentarily flash.
The “Power/Ready” light will begin to blink. When the “Power/Ready” light becomes solid again, the reset is complete

Router won't broadcast

Use your computer's web-browser to connect to the web-server "inside" the router.
Check the 'WAN' settings -- they seem to be OK, since you have Internet access.
Check the 'Wireless' settings, or just rerun the Wireless Configuration Wizard, to rebuild your wireless network.

Modem router light blinking (no wireless connection) F5D8631-4

Try restoring the Belkin back to the factory default by powering up the Belkin and pressing the RESET button on the back of the Belkin for 7 secs. Then connect a LAN cable from the computer to the Belkin, open IE browser and type the configuration IP address and configure the wireless settings ie. SSID, encryption etc. The computer wireless cards will need to be configured with the Belkin wireless settings to allow them to communicate with the Belkin.
