The WMA files are probably copyright protected, and this device was not set up to read them. I would try converting them all ot Mp3 format - you will probably have better luck. Here's the official Harley page that I found:

I have power to the MP3 player. My memory card has mp3 formatted songs on it.(Had it checked at a Electronic store) Shows track but will not play.
