I have installed the Canon ImageClass 5770 multi-function printer on my Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit computer.
All works well, but there is no "Toolbox" for the scanner/twain software/drivers, so I am unable to scan to the unit's potential.
I understand that there are aftermarket programs which will include drivers/softeare, but have been unable to locate them. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks for any help,
Doug

Unfortunetaly, there is no solution for your problem, Canon did not made drivers for 64-bit OS's.

You can try download Windows XP mod for WIndows 7 or any other virtualization software, and try to install drivers on the virtual PC. This should work for you.
The Canon 8180 will work with Windows 7 32 bit operating systems only. Their latest ToolBox drivers will also get the USB connected scanner to function. 64 bit Windows 7 users are simply out of luck as the printer is not compatible. Drivers are on Canon's site and easy to access.
There is solutions to getting the Canon MF 3111 to work with Windows 7 64bit on this site here: http://www.dragonblogger.com/canon-mf3110-printing-with-windows-7-64-bit/ check the article and comments for help.
I have just come off the phone to canon and they advised me that they have and will not have for some time any drivers for any Canon product that is running with Windows 7, which i think sucks... a huge company such as Canon and they are wayyy behind on technoligy, i told them i have installed Windows 7 and they told me im better off going back to XP which i will do, i was also informed that they are expecting Microsoft to release the driver for my MP600 to run on Vista 64 bit. omg that is old now and who wants a 64 bit pc anyway lol more trouble than they are worth but i guess Canon will eventually have the drivers i need one day but they are very much on the back seat at the moment.
