Where does the detergent go in for the H series of SR-24?

Must be DSP problem no matter what model it is. TX-SR/NR OR even RZ Series.

(1)If old model TX-SR/NR, you should replace the BGA DSP Q3001 "D830K013A/BZKB" TO "D830K013DZKB"IF DZKB get damaged, replace it with same DSP Chip-DZKB.
(2)For Tx-SR series, the DSP Q201 TMS320D788E001B SHOULD BE replaced with same model.
(3)For new model, RZ series the DSP Q3404 CS49844 should be replaced with same model.
(4)Crystal marked X201/3001/3404 should be replacd.

Sounds like its not draining properly between cycles. Its time for an appliance engineer I'm guessing. Can you access the drain pump hose area to see if its clogged.

remove kick plate, bottom access panel, door panel and door latch (careful with the wiring) and than remove the 6 screws and 2 brackets holding soap dish.

What detergent are you currently using?

Look for plugged or restricted drain system and screens. Look at spray ports for debris.

Try changing the brand and type of detergent that you are using. Some seem to work better under hard water conditions. Hope this helps.

check the water temperature, run hot water at the adjacent sink before pushing start on the dishwaher, or switch to powder, is your detergent door opening ? do not block the detergent door with long objects like spatulas etc.

Here is a link. Sears.com as almost any part for anything including diagrams. The pricing on the part seems WAY out of range. Usually dispensers cost around $60.00 At least you can find the p/n and google around for it on some other sites. I can't imagine it's that much.
