Sir I am using Samsung printer Mode SF-565P I received Fax , it goes into the memory received but did not print how can I print it out plz advise me

This is the problem with driver you installed
please uninstall all drive and install new latest drivers from samsung website
please try .if not working come back to me

menu # 1934 to enter tech mode.
menu left arrow till "new cartridge" enter enter
menu #1934 to exit tech mode.

Or simply replace the 63~100ma fuse on the cartridge.

When the fax comes through, is anything printed on the paper or not. if nothing is being printed on fax page, only blank page comes out then reduce the moderm speed for your fax. it will solve the problem.

there is a button on the opperation pannal that say fax/reseve if the light is on it wil receve automaticly

Reinstall the drivers from the samsung site. They may not have the scanning driver for the red hat OS. What version of red hat are you using?

Plug a phone in to fax port, Is there a dial tone there also? can you dial a number and make a call from the fax port? You should be able to with a regular phone. If you can't, try plugging in the fax machine to the other port where your phone is plugged in. try sending a fax.If it works there, then the Vonage device or your service itself is the problem.

If you don't want other people to view your received documents, you can use Secure Receiving mode. In this mode, all of the received faxes are stored in the memory.
To turn Secure Receiving mode OFF:

1. Press menu until "Advance Fax" appears on the top line of the display.
2. Press the scroll button < or > until "Secure Receive" appears on the button line and press Enter.
3. Press the scroll button < or > to display 'Off" on the bottom line and press Enter.
4. Enter the 4-digit password and press Enter.

The mode is deactivated and the machine prints all faxes stored in memory.

5. To return to standby mode, press Stop/Clear.

hmmm..maybe your drivers are not happy.

see your toner both side small metal parts that is contact and
charging eliment so clean that soft cloth and clean as well as your printer inside metal contact parts

toner not recongnize your printer

problem will be solve 100 %

if can't solve replace toner cartridge
