The water not emptying after wash could be due to several reasons.

The filter at base is clogged or the drain hose is clogged or if you have insinkerator (garbage disposal) under sink that may be full.

It would help if you can confirm if the drain pump motor is operating at the end of the wash cycle.

Also try the reset function. Have master switch in ON position. (left most button on door top).

Then press the A & C buttons (1st and 3rd buttons from left on the cluster of 4 button on the right) together for 3-4 secs.

hello what might be happening when it's going through the cycle and come to the spin part there may be not enough water empting out from the pump causeing it not to spin also there may be a fault with the module board the control the motor speed also brushes on the motor can cause spin problems hope it
