Sometimes, windwos OS, give same drive letter to different devices, and when you connect both, one is not showing. So, you need to go in to Disk Manage (right clic on "My PC", clic on Manage") and verify if you can assign a different driver letter to your pen drive.

The pc you are using may be reserving that drive letter for some other device, unplug all other usb devices and try it again.

Go to Disk Utilities and reformat the pen drive. That might do the trick.

Best thing to do is format the drive. Dont go for a quick format

bad news bro, the disk isnt initialized. your data is long gone only a data lab may get them back

pen drives generally have 3 to 5 years warranty, if your pen drives are not detectng on other systems also, its better to replace it

try removing off the launchpad program from the pen drive through an XP system with this software and then try inserting it on the vista as an ordinary pen drive.
