Epson wf2530 Error message:. See documentation. ON OFF light flashing adf FLASHING. Looked for paper jam and followed instructions no success

If you have already checked for paper jams and followed the instructions in the documentation without success, there are a few additional steps you can try:
  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again.
  2. Make sure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and that they have ink in them. Replace any empty cartridges.
  3. Clean the printhead. On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Maintenance > Printhead Nozzle Check. Follow the instructions to print a nozzle check pattern. If the pattern is incomplete or has gaps, select Clean the Printhead.
  4. Reset the printer. On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Restore Default Settings > Reset All Settings. This will reset the printer to its factory default settings.
If none of these steps work, it may be necessary to contact Epson support for further assistance or repair options.

Camera said to replace batteries. Did so, but camera will not go on. Followed troubleshooting instructions in manual, but no results

Try switching on camera with switch held down for about 1 minute. WITHOUT ANY BATTERIES IN CAMERA. (This may cause camera to reset back to it's default settings.) Then replace batteries in camera and try as normal. Worked for me!

E:91:01 in DSC-W80

I can't recall all the Sony error codes off the top of my head, but I believe E:91 is that your flash is not working.

Can you take pictures at all or do you get just the error code? If you can take a picture with the flash off then your flash needs to be replaced.

If you can't use the camera you need to first press the reset button, then reset all camera settings to default.

1-3. PROCESS AFTER FIXING FLASH ERROR
When "FLASH error" (Self-diagnosis Code E : 91 : 01) occurs, to prevent any abnormal situation caused by high voltage, setting of the flash is changed automatically to disabling charge and flash setting. After fixing, this setting needs to be deactivated. Flash error code can be initialized by the operations on the HOME screen.

Method for Initializing the Flash Error Code
Initialize
Initializes the setting to the default setting. Even if you execute this function, the images stored in the internal memory are retained.
1 Select [Initialize] with v/V/b/B, then press z. The message "Initialize all settings" appears. 2 Select [OK] with v, then press z. The settings are reset to the default setting.

To cancel the resetting
Select [Cancel] in step 2, then press z.
· Make sure that the power is not disconnected during resetting.

Hope this helps.

My problem is the flash of my olympus fe-230 does not work even if it is in the automatics status. the red flash sign just pop up at the left side of the screen while capturing pictures. i already res

Have you tried to reset the camera back to factory defaults to see if it is maybe a setting that has the flash disabled? To reset the camera: go to Menu - left arrow to reset and press ok. Highlight yes and press ok. This will put the camera in factory default settings. See if the flash works now. If you see a red squiggly flash arrow blinking on the screen constantly, this is actually a repair issue and the camera would need to be serviced to replace the flash charging indicator switch. Following are the instructions to send your camera to Olympus for service.

http://olympusamerica.com/cpg_section/cpg_servicerepair.asp

Olympus will charge a flat rate repair fee for this product if beyond the one year factory warranty or the warranty is voided. The cost is $73.85 plus your local sales tax. This covers parts and labor, factory cleaning and diagnostic check, 6 month warranty and the cost of shipping the product back to you is all included in that price.

Cannot use the continious numbering of photos.

As annoying as that certainly is, the camera is actually functioning as designed. The reset number applies when there are still photos on the camera. If you have 10 pics on the camera, then activate the reset feature, then picture #11 will be called IMAG0001, even though it's the 11th picture being taken. With a clean slate and no pictures to start with, the camera only knows to start at 0001, simply by default. Hope this helps.

The flash on my Fujifilm s3000 quit working.

Hi,I know some of the common things for the digital camera. I want you to try these.

-------->If the built-in flash does not function, then the camera may be set to Auto and will only flash when taking pictures in poorly illuminated environments.
-------->Set the camera to the Forced flash setting so it will flash regardless of the surrounding brightness.

IMPORTANT: If the Forced flash setting is already enabled and the flash is still not working, then the issue may be due to another camera setting. Even if the Forced flash setting is enabled, the flash will still not work in the following circumstances:

* When shooting MPEG movies
* When set to the Twilight mode
* If an external flash is connected

The information above should resolve your issue. However, if the issue still persists, you can try resetting the camera to factory specifications.
Some cameras have a RESET button built into them or a menu option to reset the camera to the default settings.
Refer to the instruction manual supplied with your camera for specific information regarding the availability of a RESET button or menu option to reset the default settings. Otherwise, continue with the manual reset procedure below.

1. Turn off the camera.
2. Ensure the camera is not connected to an AC power adapter.
3. Remove the battery from the camera for 15 seconds.
4. Reinsert the battery.
5. Turn on the camera.

If all the above fails you, then i doubt that Impact damage would have caused the flash not to work.
But i know you are not going to like this solution. No other way , you have to contact Nikon service centre for repair.

i hope this helps to fix your problem.
Thanx for using fixya.
