You might want to check your gap indicator. If it is turned to A put it on B or C. Then try printing.

Verify that there is nothing clamped between the platen and the shuttle.
Last time I had this fault, it turned out to be a broken wire in the harness that connects the CMX board to the shuttle module.
Other possibilities include a failed shuttle or CMX board.

it means Barcode detected, but not fully
decoded.
check If barcode appears to be damaged, then reverse ribbon spools. If barcode label is present and undamaged, clean sensor lens using damp cloth or swab.Check that platen gap may be too tight constricting ribbon motion. Loosen gap if needed.
