Display Selector (DSP)
This unit can display either the clock time or
radio frequency/CD player functions. Ordinarily,
the radio frequency or CD player track
indication is displayed, but the unit will display
the time when the DSP button (18) is pressed.
The time will display for approximately 5
seconds then return to the radio or CD player
function display. The correct time-of-day can be
set by pressing and holding the DSP button.
Setting the Clock
To set the clock, perform the following steps:
1. Turn the vehicle ignition and radio on.
2. Press and hold the DSP button (18) until
the time display flashes.
3. Within 5 seconds, turn the MULTI/JOG
control (3) clockwise to adjust the minutes
to the desired setting.
4. Turn the MULTI/JOG control counterclockwise
to adjust the hour and the “AM”/
1. hold the source button until the radio turns off.
2. then hold the audio button until a menu is displayed, which is normal the clock settings first, toggle through the menu by pressing the audio button again
1> Press and hold the select button. The setup display appears.
2> Press the select button repeatedly until "CLOCK-ADJ" appears.
3> Press (DSPL). The hour indication flashes.
4> Rotate the volume control dial to set the hour and minute. To move the digital indication, pres (DSPL).
5> Press the select button. The setup is complete and the clock starts.
To display the clock, press (DSPL). Press (DSPL) again to return to previous display.
The clock uses a 12-hour digital indication.
Make sure the clock is in standby mode, as opposed to playback mode. Press time set button — the clock digits will blink. If they don't, you're in playback mode. Press the hour button to adjust the hour. Press the minute button to adjust the minute. Press time set button to confirm the time.
to set the clock just press and hold the DISP for 5 to 10 seconds, button while the clock is is displayed. When the the time starts flashing, use the DISP button to adjust the time. When you have the correct time, just hold the button until the clock stops flashing and you're done.
Well, I have an RCA clock radio/CD player and just figured it out. Press the "Time" button and hold it down while pressing the CD "Forward" button. Hope it works for you! Ron
