My credit card expired and i need to renew it but i cant get onto account managment to change it

Go to Marketplace, Add Microsoft points, enter new credit card info; this will add a new credit card to your account & you can choose it when renewing or purchasing.

I need to change to new credit card

To update your credit card details in Paypal:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Credit Card in the Account Information column.
Select the card to update and click Edit.
Enter your credit card verification number.
Select the month and year of the expiration date from the drop-down menu.
Click Save.

I have message "There is a problem with your credit card on file". I can't solve this with the kindle.

I had the same problem when my credit card on file expired and I got a new one in the mail. Though the number was the same, the expiration date had changed so Amazon could not use it.

I had to log onto my account at Amazon dot com and update the credit card expiration date and that little security number on the back and then the problem messages went away.

what was the account suspended for? I think it makes a difference. If it was bc your cc was expired and you want to use a code, you can try deleting all the cards in your profile before you enter the code that might work.
