Check the connections on the back of the washer for the cold & hot water connections. This just happen to me last week. My husband tighten them and resolved the problem. Good Luck !
same problem. LG stated I am using too much soap. Cant be because it still does it with no soap. Also have issues with spinning on bed comforter and also drum will not drain. I can wring out a 16oz of water from a cotton shirt sitting in the bottom of drum when completed. Floor is flooded and I am **********. Bought in April 2010 and have had 4 techs out to look at it, but there is no problem. Biggest waste of 600 I ever spent.
open the door though, put your hand around the rubber boot assy, run *** all aroundlooking for small tears, and or holes, if so replace it. only other thing to do is remove the lower access panel and watch it spin a load and youll be able to detect where te waters coming from
my lg and others with the 1814 model, seem to have the problem also, watch the back side whenit goes into the rinse cycle , on mine @aout 7-8 minutes left. mine was blowing out suds and water through what is an air vent , i think. if lots of models hav this problem, we might be able to get lg to do something.
I notice water leaking from front of washing machine and underneath.
My hoses are solid, no leaks from there, but it still leaks.
