yes i think i can help. when you open your phone or whenever it notifies you that your phone is locked in ther corner there should be a button that says unlock i would try that! if that doesnt work, that i would take my battery out! hope i helped!

You need to be very carefull when trying to unlock mobile phones. If incorrect codes are entered on some handsets - this can cause irreversable locking of the unit. To get codes you will probably need to speak either to the network it was originally purchased from or speak to a professional unlocker who can generate the codes.

Some people, myelf included have got software (generally from Phone websites or CDs) which can generate the codes using the IMEI but through personal experience these cannot always be trusted to work :(
