    Using what??

You have to provide the make and model of the device that you're using to try to connect.

This is probably caused by your Firewall or Antivirus application. You'll need to define a trusted network or at least set the Firewall/Antivirus to Public profile (or something alike) so that it allows you to get online from other "unfamiliar" WiFi's

How do I enter WiFi security key AXESS TA2513-10WT 10-Inch Dual Core,Tablet Rockchip 3066 CPU with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean

First of all, you must have the password which is set for your home WIFI. You can't do anything without it. Assuming you got the password, Go to tablet's Settings, turn on WIFI. When your WIFI router is displayed in the list, select it and you will be prompted for the password. Enter the password and click Connect. When you see Connected, it's done.

Cant connect ipod touch to wifi

try updating the firmware to 2.2. if that does not work.
You may have to reset your Modem + Wifi Router

In my case, if I bring a new device home, my router won't allow it to connect because it is not recognize. Unplug both router and modem, plug them back ( router 1st ) and try again.

This issue never happens to me at home now but it still happens when I go out to bars or restaurant that offers wifi.... Turning off and on the wifi in your ipod touch a couple times usually fixes it.

Cant connect wireless

If the stick is the solution, why are you avoiding the solution?

From what you have said, the internal wifi in the Evo doesn't work, while
an external usb stick does.

Assuming that your internal wifi is properly configured and functional, it is
incapable of picking up your home wifi signal, though it might be functional in other situations ... Buying an external usb stick gives you a better antenna position and takes nothing away from your system, while adding functionality and sheilding the innards of your system from viral
attack as a first line of attack that is detachable.

Buy the USB stick.
