Recently purchased hansspree 42 inch tv but sky remote will not register to tv for volume. Have spoke to sky but they dont have a code for hannspree. Can u help??

1) Switch on the TV set
2) Press the TV button on the Sky Remote
3) Hold down the select and red buttons for 2-3 seconds until the LED blinks twice
4) Press the TV button on the Sky Remote again
5) Enter the 4 digit code for your make of TV (try 0206)
6) The LED should blink twice, if not recheck the 4 digit code used and go back to 1
7) Press the standby button on the Sky Remote (The TV should go to standby)
8) Press select to store this setting If the TV does not go into standby press the TV button then the standby button, then TV then standby, keep repeating this until successful. This will scan the codes used for a particular make of TV.

I found a code after a while searching on the Internet it's 0206 and it seemed to work for me have a go with that and see if it works.

I have just purchased a LG 42LH2000 Tv but can't seem to get my Sky Plus control to work the volume does anyone have a code to help

please follow the steps below with you sky remote:

TV
RED + SELECT (hold these down until it flashes twice)
TV
0056

Try the volume button if this works then press SELECT. If it does not work then press TV again then try the volume ( repeat this step until the volume works. Dont forget to press the SELECT button to save the code to the remote.

0246 is the code 1st cover the top of the remote with your hand press TV you can now move your hand, now press and hold select and the red button togeather the remote light will flash twice enter the code 0246 then press select cover top again and press SKY button it should now control your tv

i have got a humax 32"lcd idtv.
my sky remote does not find it can i get a code to put in thank"s

tech guy from ebuyer said no code available but sky remote will work ok but volume and tele on- off facilities will not so use remote which came with television to do this so says he.
