what is your air pressure, very important. Air pressure should be between 4 to 6 pounds.

Is there a frost line on your LP tank, if so you may need to replace the tank with a larger tank or refill your tank. This can happen if the tank your using is too low or too small (use 100 lb tank or greater). If there is no frost line it may be an issue with the thermocouple. Heater had a cracked fuel line that was not visiable on original inspection.

the ignitor is faulty, mine also did that and I noticed one night that it was shorting out right from the ignition box. I put in a new ignitor and flame sensor and it's fine now. All ignitors are basically the same you just have to do some creative wireing. reddyparts.com still has most parts for your heater.
