You can try reddyheater .com or try a two part epoxy. Clean well with acetone, sand paper to create good adhesion then JB Weld or any other good grade epoxy. This will work in a bind until you locate a new tank.

150,000 BTU propane Reddy Heater shuts off after ignition

Is there a frost line on your LP tank, if so you may need to replace the tank with a larger tank or refill your tank. This can happen if the tank your using is too low or too small (use 100 lb tank or greater). If there is no frost line it may be an issue with the thermocouple. When heater starts it does not always light, I get a C3 code

the ignitor is faulty, mine also did that and I noticed one night that it was shorting out right from the ignition box. I put in a new ignitor and flame sensor and it's fine now. All ignitors are basically the same you just have to do some creative wireing. reddyparts.com still has most parts for your heater.
