If you are using the same one that I have...you put it on the same way as if the baby if front facing against you instead you place the baby outward and the piece that would normally support their head folds down in half away from you and the 2 straps that supported the head now holds that piece folded down and gives the baby added support when you lean forward. I am having the same problem. I can't seem to figure it out. Someone please help!
I was given a Snugli without the instructions. Instructions for this model don't seem to be available on the Evenflo Web site. The label with the model # doesn't look the same as the one they use as an illustration, and so I'm not sure what to enter on the form. Help?
