I cant open my facebook account!!!infact i cant open it from any of the internet browsers i.e ie8,mozilla,google chrome.none of them helped.in google chrome, they are showing the Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.its happening only with facebook.all other sites are working as usual!!

It sounds like the network that you are using has Facebook access blocked.
The network administrator probably got tired of all of the bandwidth going to non-productive Facebook activities.

Hmh weird. Well first off I recommend downloading CCleaner, once it's installed, close your browsers and press the "clean" button. This will clear your cache and cookies and chances are that this will help.
I have seen a few other people on this site being unable to access facebook, however google tells me that there isn't some major problem anywhere and it also works fine for me so I think it's safe to say that it's somehow related to your computer.

Try using a deferent web browser Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome are excellent alternatives to Internet Explorer Download and install one of the above browsers and your problem will be solved. Unless the Game it self is down which I doubt, because I just loaded some.
Google chrome has over ridden IE8 - use google chrome to access mozilla.com and download firefox - alternative to IE8 - then after you've got it installed go to control pannel and uninstall google chrome.

First install latest flash player in your PC.If u have installed latest flash player and this problem is occuring then Try to open the farmville from the mail sent from facebook, Go to your mail account, their will be a link to go to farmville, click on this link hopefully u will be able to open ur facebook from there or May be the problem will be in your browser that may be it do not open farmville properly or quickly then try to change your browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google chrome.
Download anyone then Just install it on PC and use it.I hope your problem will be solved and if u face still problem then just do an email to facebook authority, they 'll confirm solve your problem. Enjoy on face book community

That is a problem with your browser. If your using Internet Explorer download Mozilla Firefox or Google chrome. I find Google chrome works the best and is very easily adaptable. But if you want safety use Mozilla Firefox.
