Had power cut cant open i tunes

Re-install the iTunes.
Go to Start/Control Panel/Uninstall a program/Select iTunes/Click on Uninstall
Restart your computer
Go to Apple.com and click on iTunes
Download and install them.

I would also recommend you to buy a special device which helps to prevent your computer from turning off when there are power schortages.

I cant get the itunes store to open.. everything else is fine

Are you able to access your itunes account from another pc or device? If so then I would uninstall itunes and reinstall. A file may have become corrupted which has caused the issue. Restarting your computer may also resolve the issue.

Cant download a pic disc onto a program. cant transfer files

. Go to Sharepod Folder. Double click on Sharepod.exe. If message “Failure to
initialize” appear on your screen, you need to download the Microsoft.NET
Framework 2.0 to run sharepod. Note this program is installed by default under
vista.

Please be careful not to run Sharepod and iTunes simultaneously as iPod might get
out of sync with both software.

Disable iTunes
  • Ensure Ipod is connected to your computer. Select removable disk in My Computer,
  • Open iTunes if not set as default. Select iPod and click Settings and disable option Open iTunes when Ipod is attached.
  • Then, scroll down and uncheck Options.
  • Next step is to Enable disk use and click Apply.

I cant open my itunes on yt desktop

Backup your "My Music" folder to a DVD-writable disk or to an external hard-drive.

Use 'Add/Remove Programs' to uninstall iTunes.

Download the newest version of iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes

Install iTunes -- it should find all your music in your "My Music" folder, and import the music.

I tried to get a more recent version of itunes and the downloading never completed now i cant open my itunes at all and it sas some of its missing and thats why i cant open it

close down itunes and then you should be able to download the latest version of itunes from the apple website and then run the installer. If it does not work due to itunes in your applications folder put this version in the trash and then run the installer again. Hope this helps
