Which PIN have you tried? You see, the pairing code for this headset is hardcoded to '0000' (four zeros).
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

default PIN is 0000... be sure to turn on BT on your phone first, then power on your jabra... your phone should ask to pair to the jabra and then you enter the 0000
Put the headset into pairing mode. First turn it off. Turn it on and hold the powerbutton down until the bluelight is not blinking then pair using 0000 as the pin.
Unless the code has been changed, the default code is 0000 (four zeros). Be sure the phone's bluetooth setting is turned on and discoverable. Next press and hold the headset's power button until the light turns on steady. Then using the phone select "search for a new device", when it discovers the headset it will ask for the PIN number, enter 0000, then select pair. It should take only a few seconds. When done be sure to turn discoverable off so other bluetooth enabled devices cannot access your phone. Good luck to you
I wanted to answer this for anyone else who found this question using a web search. The answer is 0000 (four zeros) when asked for the pass code. It's the default code. And your lock code (until you change it) is by default, the last four digits of your phone number i.e. 555-444-5555 (5555 would be your code)
