the water inlet valve is faulty and is not closing fully when powered off causing a small but constant stream of water coming into the machine until it floods out the front, you will need to replace the water inlet valve, in the meantime turn the taps off when your not using it
there is a water inlet on the right side of the detergent filling cup to flush out the dry detergent. take out the fill and it is midway back on the right(little rubber hose) once you locate that take the top panel off and follow the hose, should lead to a silinoid. this is most likely sticking open, or the line is broken and dumping water into the washer cavity instead of in the detergent cup. hope that gets you started in the right direction.
Plug off the wall. Open up behind, you will find a thin tube going from the pump area to the control point. This is the water level tube; untie this tube from above & blow into it, it should be free, if not free remove the blockage, see that it is not twisted, insert carefully. Or replace. This shd fix your water level problem.
Carefully look at the door gasket to see if any irregularity in seal. Could be problem with door seal; or you could easily change door mechanism thru a spare part shop quoting your model and spare-part No or "door mechanism"
