Hi i've just purchased a new hugo boss watch and when i first got it the second hand was workin then i pressed the button the the right side of my watch and it stopped workin for the time and the dial at the bottom for seconds was movin.when i try and reset it the secondhand jus goes back up to near the 12oclock.how do i get it to work again?

Most jewellers would also probably know - sometimes the serial number can be marked inside the watch, but I found no information online about your model that discusses this. good morning ! to set the Eco Drive Skyhawk citizen watch,full the crown carefully wind it slowly until you reach the correct time after that push the crown back to normal possition, if the hand is turning back to the wrong time just press the button on the up side until the turn to the correct time,thank you ! god bless !...

check the battery, if it still wont work then try shaking it and see if there is something loss inside if there is, you bought the watch with already a technical problem

I have the exact same issue with the minute hand resting at the 1 minute mark and now I have condensation under the glass. The watch is only 2 months old so I think I will return it.
