The Nintendo 'Cloud' is just a network name so that when you are in a building that has supported wifi, you search for the network and use My Cloud as the password for connection on Nintendo DS.
The settings you may require for the Nintendo Wii will probably be your routers IP address, Gateway and DNS address (just use same numbers).
Apologies in advance if i'm incorrect as i have only setup a nintendo DS on my own wireless network and as Wii are not yet available i have no knowledge of it yet.
