First thing you need to do is to check the brand and model of your internal TV tuner.

You can do this by knowing the motherboard you have or you can try to check under device manager.

There is a possibility that the TV Tuner you have is not compatible with Windows 7 or it doesn't recognize a correct driver for your TV Tuner.

One easiest thing is to contact the computer manufacturer and ask them about the driver for your TV tuner for Windows 7.

I'm sorry, that doesn't seem to be a windows 7 driver for that device. Have you tried using the Vista drivers? Often they work well in windows 7.

you check weather the disc driver is suitable for windows 7 [or] download the new driver in the company website which is releated pcdtv tuner to install the driver................

then type the name of your tv tuner card... and download it...
