1st check if the wireless driver is installed on the computer if the driver is not installed then go to the below link

Choose the Operating system and download and install the driver and you should be able to get connected if that does not work then try the below mentioned steps
Go to control panel, switch to classic view (continue if you are already in classic view). Double click Network and Sharing Center, on the left panel, Select Manage Network Connections, Right Click on the Wireless Network Connection and click Enable
