I have the same problem. I bought it from amazon.com a few months ago and had to send the first one back because of the same issue. However, this one did not present the problem until it was past the return window for amazon.com. :-(

Plantronics repair

Have you got that particular headset enabled in audio settings.

If you are talking about Skype: click Tools - Option -Audio Settings- Microphone then the down arrow at the extreme right of the mic name box, select your mic if it's name is in the drop down menu.-- scroll down and click Save. then test it.

Good luck

Can not hear voice

did you just purchase the unit? if so it may be defective. As far as i can tell this headset should work with the handset you specified and i cant find anything saying there is something special you need to do. Most i can say if you can return it or get it replaced its probably your best bet. Sorry I am unable to provide you with a more positive easier solution. But I hope this puts you on the right track. Thank you, Nathan

Problem with bluetooth headset

just purchased Nokia 6300 cell phone and connected it with my bluetooth headset Samsung Wep200. As my new phone has advanced voice call, everytime the headset's button gets pressed accidentally even once and someone is talking, it starts calling on it's own. Is there any way to disarm the advanced voice calling? Have the same problem? Click Here

I bought this device but...

when you turn on the WEP200, you must continue to hold the button down until the blue light goes solid, that indicates pairing mode. Now, have your device search for it.
